Returns & Refunds

I want you to be delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not, I gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Forced returns will not be accepted — you must contact me first and have your return approved before sending anything back.

At this time, earrings are eligible for return (provided they are unworn and in their original packaging).

Customised or personalised items are non-returnable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
